Ribeye steak was typical thin frozen cheap restaurant offering (at a premium price). Nice size, but for a “Premium” room it was lacking amenities, mostly due to COVID-19. So, while I didn’t get to play as much as I would have liked, the casino also didn’t get as much of my money as they would have liked. But letting them take 15-20 minutes to go to their room for cash? I said, “screw this, I’m done waiting” and cashed in my chips & headed for the room. I can understand letting a player sit out a hand or two while they run to the restroom. When you’ve got people waiting in line to play the rule should be “if you’re not betting, you’re not sitting”. People were standing, waiting for seats to open while dealers were allowing players to go back to their room for more cash. Some blackjack tables had 3 players, some only 2.
