I've seen a significant change and so far it works for me. I won't get it all-in pre-flop and keep bets small if I don't improve. I've basically stopped playing KK too hard and have generally seen a turn around in winning small pots instead of losing big ones.
I always use to have good sessions and it quickly turned into bad sessions when all-in with KK vs AA. I'm a small ball poker player and tend to make small bets and raises to see where I stand.
